Motorized Precision offers professional 6-axis cinema robots, motion control software, and production accessories for filmmaking, VFX, virtual production, product cinematography, and photography. Our robot lineup includes EVO, KINO, KIRA, and COLOSSUS, with models designed for different payloads, reach, speed, portability, and production scales. We also offer MP Studio Lite and MP Studio Pro software, camera and robot mounting hardware, sliders, turntables, FIZ systems for focus, iris, and zoom control, grippers, Genlock and trigger hardware, DMX and I/O integrations, and transport cases. Yes. Motorized Precision can evaluate custom motion control projects involving specialized hardware, software workflows, and other production integrations. Every project is reviewed based on its technical requirements, timeline, and scope. Transportation requirements vary by robot model:EVO: Compact enough to travel in cars or production vans. With the optional rolling hard case, it may also be transported as oversized or media baggage, depending on the airline’s policies.KINO: Typically transported in a cargo van or Sprinter-style vehicle.KIRA and COLOSSUS: Require a box truck or similar vehicle with a liftgate and appropriate loading equipment.
Power requirements vary by robot model:EVO and KINO: Use single-phase 110V or 220V power and can operate from a compatible wall outlet or properly rated portable generator.KIRA and COLOSSUS: Require 208V or 240V three-phase, 30-amp power. A properly rated generator with cam-lock connections may also be used.
